You will be responsible for
What I do:
I am responsible for working with the franchise administration team to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion I work closely with the team and am able to work cross-functionally to support other areas within the team. I upload stock delivery invoice files into the sales ledger on a daily basis. I calculate other charges (such as warehouse delivery costs) and post journal to E5. I create manual invoices and credit notes (such as short deliveries, services, etc) and post to the sales ledger. I create reports as required e.g. warehouse delivery shorts. I take responsibility to ensure that all cash received is allocated, so the correct ageing of the debt is reported to the business. I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers. I carry out other tasks as required by my manager. Skills I need:
