We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead for Training and Development to join our team.
In this role, you will co-ordinate, support and promote the development of learning and skills for teams across Internal Provisions.
You will ensure that our teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality of care to our children and young adults. The role will include teaching and delivering clinical training to the teams within our Internal Provisions and to support, observe and assess the competence of team members.
This post will be within our Internal Provisions based in Devon including Childrens Homes, Multi-Sensory Impairment Service, Family Time and Staying Close. Our provisions are open 52 weeks a year and provide a service in a flexible way based on the needs of the will be required to have an active registration on the part 1 of the NMC register.
