Job description

Role

We�re looking for an experienced Administrator to support throughout all stages of the Commercial lifecycle. You will be delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with high volumes of work in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Responsibilities

You will:

� Deliver and coordinate the administration of the team, including but not limited to purchase to pay user capability and JAGGAER eSourcing

� Raise purchase orders and contracts

� Assist users across the business with procurement related queries

� Assist Commercial Business Partners in the management and issue of ITT and evaluation paperwork and collation of responses

� Maintain, file and archive documentation

� Support continuous improvement initiatives on all administration and coordination of activity relating to team processes and objectives

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential Criteria:

� Competent user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook

� Highly numerate

� Strong organisational and record keeping skills

� Ability to work well under pressure

Desirable Criteria:

� Knowledge of eSourcing and purchase to pay solutions

� Knowledge of public sector commercial processes
