Job summary
Being accountable to the Head of Business Change, the post holder will help to embed the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office mission and objectives across the Agency by developing and implementing a comprehensive change communication strategy in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders.�Job description
The portfolio of change is complex, with significant impact across the Agency, therefore the post holder will develop change advocate networks to support the change agenda in all areas of the Agency.
You will support the change initiatives with quality content that engages and excites, ensuring those impacted by change are ready, willing and able to adopt the changes. You will work closely with the Agency's Communications Team, Programme and Project Managers, Business Change Managers and Stakeholders, building relationships at pace, ensuring a coordinated consistent change narrative is promoted.�
Person specification
As an experienced communications professional you would have significant experience of coordinating multiple communication and engagement campaigns across a complex portfolio of change programmes/ projects. You will have experience of using a wide range of communication and engagement channels creating content that is compelling, consistent and reaches a diverse audience base.
�
You will have experience of standing up, promoting and maintaining change networks, building employee buy-in and momentum. You will have significant experience of identifying and managing stakeholders, standing-up communities of interest, change champion networks or change advocate networks.�
