Apply now for the position of Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Care Centre (CCC) and you will operate and monitor Country Logistical activities within Customer Services to include supporting the process of the order and return of spare parts, the administration of third party suppliers, warehousing and calibration processes, and record maintenance within the department's data management systems.

Your Role:

  • You will provide administrative support for country logistical activities.
  • You may support other Customer Care Centre teams as required to ensure service delivery is planned and carried out in accordance with service level agreements.
  • You will work on tasks relating to 3rd party logistics & warehousing including the booking of dispatches and returns, and inventory maintenance.
  • You will be raising and maintenance of purchase orders for services supplied by 3rd parties and for any other orders concerning the Country Logistics operation.
  • You will be involved in the Administration of invoices for payment relating to Country Logistics operations. You will also be involved in instrument movements and returned instruments stock including its disposal or return to manufacturing for refurbishment.

Your Expertise:

  • You will need strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with all stakeholders across all levels.
  • The ability to take ownership and accountability for day to day responsibilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • It will be an advantage if you are proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably experience of using SAP / Siebel.
