Mission :

Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development, integration and implementation of applications. You will be responsible for leading projects, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints, across Europe. The role will involve working closely with the IT Business Relationship Manager and business users to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with business needs as well as the overall Schneider digital strategy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the planning, execution and completion of IT projects in Schneider Digital
  • Lead the planning, scheduling and coordination of technical projects from initiation to completion
  • Defining scope, objectives and deliverables
  • Contribute technical expertise to project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and Schneider Digital strategy
  • Review technical designs, architecture and solutions to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Responsibilities include conducting details requirements gathering, documenting business and functional requirements and facilitating communication between business and technical teams
  • Working closely with the IT Business Relationship Managers to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with business needs and goals as well as working with global delivery teams and Capability owners
  • Working with Schneider Digital internal teams or external vendors to ensure projects and solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget


Skills and attributes:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on it Experiences in EDI, SAP, Middleware tools.
  • Significant experience and knowledge of system design, testing and implementation
  • A broad IT knowledge around system integration to SAP
  • Project management skills
  • Self-driven, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional courtesy and keeps calm
  • Strong team player - works well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from multiple sources
  • Experience of working with global teams


Education
  • Degree in computer science from a technical university or IT specialisation from a business school or university
