About the role:

Support the Housing Systems Team in the improvement, development and implementation of agreed housing systems.

Support Housing Systems Team & Housing staff in the delivery, maintenance and support for all housing ICT systems.

Provide training and support to all housing staff to ensure that the systems are being used to their full potential.

About you:

have previous experience of planning and managing ICT related projectshave project management experience at a high level.experience in training and making sure service users have the skills and knowledge to use the systems to their full capacity.understand the responsibilities of a local authority housing service.have a passion for problem solving and delivering outcomes in an efficient and effective manner to ensure productivity.able to research, assess, design, evaluate and interpret performance, quality and cost of ICT systems with full regard to the need of the end user.

What you will do:

ensure the effective and efficient use of the Housing systems & software whilst working as a member of the team.deal with day to day requests to ensure minimal down-time for housing staff.propose, and consider service improvements whilst working with staff & partner agencies.fully support the implementation of the new housing system and all the related requirements around project management.test and quality assure any system changes.be instrumental in putting together training programmes for all levels of the housing service
