Sexton’s Manor is a very friending and successful primary school in the historic town of Bury St. Edmunds. We are a well-equipped school with extensive grounds, excellent staff training and support.
We are looking for an individual who can cope in a busy office environment and has a calm and friendly manner.
You will be working with the Headteacher and Business Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a busy school office.
You are likely to have:
knowledge of Arbor Management Information System is desirable however; training will be provided. knowledge of policies and procedures, . sickness and absence records procedure. the ability to collect monies and maintain accounts for school acitivites (eg, school dinner money) administration of the Breakfast and After School Club experience of working in a busy office knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team the ability to be adaptable, discreet and maintain confidentialitySupport and training will be available as part of this role. Previous experience of working in a school office would be an advantage.
