An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a Homeless Team within the Housing Need service in Falkirk. This is a chance for a skilled and motivated individual to take the lead role in making a difference to the lives of people who are experiencing homelessness or threatened with homelessness, with an emphasis on the prevention approach.

This role will work as part of the Housing Needs management team, in a high demand, pressurised service which is customer, solutions and outcome focussed.

This role will involve working across Falkirk managing a team of Assessment and Prevention Officers providing services in multiple locations. You will also be required to take a lead role in working with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to meeting vulnerable customers’ needs.

You will have a proven track record of working at a strategic level, participating and contributing to the development of service delivery, associated policies and service planning.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
