What you'll be doing

Working as part of the HR team, this hands-on role has a dual focus. You will act as a true business partner supporting a variety of functions and will provide coaching and guidance on all aspects of employee relations. Secondly, you will champion the wider people agenda, supporting our focus on growth, performance, engagement, talent development and culture.

Your ability to build collaborative relationships and understand our business is key, as is the ability to draw on your proven employee relations and generalist experience across several industries, and your capacity to work in an agile environment.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience of managing complex employee relations issues autonomously, organisational change and talent management processes. Able to support others.
  • Has proven generalist experience across a number of HR Projects/ areas ie. engagement, cultural change, people development, resourcing
  • Has solid HR Business Partnering expertise within a range of industries, with a successful track record of high impact business partnering
  • Shows demonstrable experience of coaching managers and supporting management development
  • Has experience of working with and building rapport and strong relationships with senior managers
  • Possesses the ability to prioritise, and proactively manage work in a way that aligns with our culture and goals
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of employment legislation
