This large and very busy setting in Addlestone are looking for a senior practitioner to step up into a Third in Charge role supporting their busy room and being part of the management team. Working 36 hours on a 4 day working week salary is being offered c 31500 opportunities available to work 5 days salary c 33930. With mega benefits including on site parking and all meals provided.

Requirements Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
