Maple Tree Care are looking to extend our support worker team. We are a small care home for adults with learning disabilities based in Dereham town centre.
Full and part time positions per hour depending on the role.

Full-time: 30-36 hours per week. Part-time: 16-24 hours per week.

Our mission is to enrich the lives of our residents, ensuring they have all the fun, happiness and support they require in their day to day lives. This means our staff get to enjoy this time with them as well. To go with supporting the usual life requirements of our residents, we actively encourage daily activities that include outdoor pursuits, so time flies when you are having fun. If carers are happy and enjoy their roles, our residents do also. This is at the core of our ethos with the close relationship between the residents and care team being key.

Flexibility is required in the role – no 2 days will be the same and varying shift work will be required. But in return you will receive from us support and flexibility to create a work life balance that can suit you, a competitive salary, and a happiness and fulfilment from your role that cannot be matched in other jobs.
