About the apprenticeship

Duties

•Conduct ISO9001 and ISO14001 internal audits supervised by the ESG Manager.
•Assist in maintaining comprehensive QMS and EMS documentation for external audits.
•Oversee facilities management responsibilities, including procurement of office supplies and stationery, fire alarm, air conditioning, PAT testing, fire extinguisher servicing, and insurance documentation.
•Manage reception tasks and offer administrative assistance to all departments within the company, such as organizing project files and uploading health and safety documentation.
•Process purchase orders under Procurement Manager Supervision, provide on-site support, and monitor monthly hires. Refine procurement processes and order uniform and PPE for new employee starters.
•Updating system information and managing document updates efficiently.

Qualifications

Education :

GCSE or Equivalent (required), including Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.

No prior experience necessary.
