You will be part of the team to provide administrative and logistic support for the operations of the Exhibitions team of the National Library, so that the functions of the department and exhibition projects can be carried out smoothly and delivered in an effective and timely manner.

[What you will be working on]
•    Management of Exhibition visitorship statistics and visitor feedback.
•    Perform data analysis to monitor and track visitorship figures and visitor feedback.
•    Manage and maintain documentation of the department’s physical and electronic official records.
•    Monitor and manage department’s inventory listing which includes conducting regular stock-taking of materials and equipment.
•    Assist in exhibition set-up, teardown and the maintenance of exhibitions.
•    Coordinate and process the procurement of non-complex exhibition supplies, goods and services.
•    Management of venue sponsorship exhibitions in National Library premises
•    Management of exhibition website and digital feedback platforms.
•    Attend monthly meetings and take minutes of discussions and decisions.

[What we are looking for]
•    At least 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration, operations or exhibition support. Experience in procurement process or data analysis will be an added advantage.
•    Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders.
•    Possess good process management, organisational and time management skills. 
•    Independent, meticulous and ability to multi-task.
•    Proficient in IT softwares, such as Isomer and excel.

The successful candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
