**Meetings and Events Revenue & Pricing Executive - London Waterloo Head Office**
We are Hiring If you have a Revenue or Sales experience in hospitality, this role is for you. Under the support and guidance of the Meetings & Events Revenue & Pricing Manager (M&E), your main task is to assist in adjusting the M&E pricing tool on a regular basis to maximise revenue generation for all hotels in the UK and NL.
**Responsibilities for our Meetings and Events Revenue & Pricing Executive**:
- Responsible for ensuring that the selling and pricing strategy for meetings and events for all hotels in UK and NL is updated as requested by the M&E Revenue & Pricing Manager.
- Ensure the demand and pricing calendar is updated on a regular basis, including a high level of detail.
- Update the Meeting Package pricing and availability for all hotels in the UK and NL regions on a daily basis as instructed by the M&E Revenue & Pricing Manager
- Audit the daily M&E pick up report for each hotel ensuring that any pickups and washes in M&E revenue are accounted for.
- Ensure all bookings confirmed through Meeting Package are audited in Opera Sales and Catering and adjusted as needed in adherence to PPHE standards.
- Assist with the preparation of all commercial and business analysis reports used by the M&E department for the UK and NL regions. This includes but is not limited to: VITALS report, BOB report, TD report and MICE report.
- Assist with the Preparation for, Focus meetings with hotels where necessary.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained for all bookings and that internal standards are adhered to in Opera Sales and Catering.
- Monitor data quality in Opera S&C on a weekly basis and highlight any areas of improvement to the M&E Revenue & Pricing Manager.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
