The NL Digital School seeks a highly skilled staff member with experience in leading successful and innovative curriculum developments. You should have a passion for digital learning and improving outcomes for children and young people in North Lanarkshire.
The Education Support Officer will play a key role in the implementation of innovative digital practices across the service leading within a team of skilled Pedagogy Practitioners. You will be required to exemplify and model highly effective research-based approaches to the digital curriculum to support colleagues in the development of their practice.
This role is integral to the future design of the NL Virtual Classroom ensuring it remains relevant and meets the needs of all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data literacy and will take a key role in the design and implementation of new tracking and monitoring systems, aligned with quality assurance processes and performance analysis.
