An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Manager of Education and Family Services to play a crucial role within the Education and Families framework.
You will deliver leadership, strategic vision, professional guidance, and effective administration to the Council, particularly to Heads of Service.
In alignment with the policies established by the Education and Families Service Directorate, you will adeptly oversee a designated area of responsibility, which includes the line management of Primary Head Teachers and a team of Continuous Improvement Officers and Education Support Officers.
By fostering effective collaboration within schools and with partner organizations (both locally and nationally), you will also advocate for and support the implementation of the National Improvement Framework.
A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership is required prior to commencing in this role.
Working Pattern
Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 4:45pm (including a 55 minute unpaid break)
Friday: 8:45am - 4:15pm (including a 50 minute unpaid break )
