As the Lead Manager for Education and Family Services, you will play a crucial role within the Education and Families Directorate, contributing to the realization of our ambitious initiative, 'We Aspire', the strategic framework for North Lanarkshire.
Your extensive background in education, coupled with substantial leadership experience, will empower you to effectively guide the Support around School and Community team. This team comprises a diverse group of professionals and partners tasked with devising and executing a reformed, integrated service delivery model.
Reporting directly to a Chief Officer (Education & Families), you will hold primary responsibility for various strategic and operational service functions, which will encompass:
- Risk, Audit and Compliance Management
- Change Management Oversight
- Centralized Business Support Coordination
- Supervision of a Cluster of Educational Institutions
