Suited to Experienced Senior Lifeguards / Team Leader and Leisure managers used to working in leisure centre / health club environments. Main duties for the role include:
- Open and close the centre as required, with key holder responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the smooth day to day running of the site
- Undertake daily facility and Health and safety checks
- Ensuring excellent, consistent customer service is delivered across all departments
- Manage front line teams in all departments
- Undertake a range of operational, front of house and wet side duties as needed
- Ensuring all required health and safety tasks are completed

RLSS NPLQ
First Aid at Work
PPO or some experience in wet side facilities
£16 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly
