Our flexible and remote working policies are designed to help you get the most out of life. And when you join us, you'll be a part of a genuinely collaborative environment where everyone's voice is valued and treated equally.

You will enjoy working closely with clients on a range of demanding issues whilst helping to mentor and train more junior colleagues.

We are looking for someone motivated and with a positive attitude. We are building our Net Zero capability and would like someone to work with our civil and structural team lead to deliver technical work and support junior engineers.

Overall, you get satisfaction from building relationships, with clients and with colleagues. Examples of the types of work you will be involved in:
  • Supervising, developing, and mentoring others.
  • Leading technical aspects of civil / structural engineering projects. This may be over a range of design phases, from optioneering through to detailed design.
  • Pricing works and preparing technical proposals.
  • Condition and Structural Assessment of existing structures to determine suitability for reuse.
  • Design Coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preparing specifications/ scoping documents.
  • Does this sound like you? In which case, we'd love you to apply for this role.

What you can bring:

In addition to having strong communication and leadership skills, key attributes include the following:
  • Master's degree (MEng/MSc) qualified Civil or Structural Engineer.
  • Chartered Engineer and a Member of ICE or IStructE is desirable.
