Aston Manor Academy are seeking to appoint a Mathematics ECT. The successful candidate will first and foremost be an excellent classroom practitioner, who has enthusiasm for their subject, is able to motivate and inspire students and will further support the high achievements of the department.

The Maths department are a close department of 8 full-time and 1 part time member of staff. Results within the department are improving year on year and are reflective of the strong subject within the school that Maths has become.

Aston Manor has a thriving Sixth Form, many students see this as an extension of Years 7-11. Maths is no exception, currently we have 2 groups studying A level Maths.
