All the details

You'll be working within the People Compliance Team, and be the key contact for all things Risk, Controls Management and Audit, building relationships within Colleague Services Operations, Centres of Expertise and Finance to ensure robust controls are integrated, reviewed and tested, within our operations.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Collaborate regularly with risk owners and plan, co-ordinate and facilitate quarterly People Team risk reviews and updates to senior business partners
  • Communicate risk findings and control recommendations to appropriate business partners, and leading operational reviews on the control environments to drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitation of Financial controls framework checks, collaborating closely between Finance and Colleague services to ensure controls are appropriate, checks completed and follow-up actions addressed - prepare reports and evidence as required
  • Preparation of Audit Committee papers
  • Accountable for internal and external audit process, ensuring adherence to timescales, and co-ordinating Audit actions across the People Team to meet the required closure dates
