The position coordinates and processes domestic and international travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.

Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature. Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication.

Prepares reports, presentations and flow charts. Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.

Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of resources. Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.

Plans the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Orders and maintains office supplies. Plans and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings. Works under general supervision.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist members of management with internal and external communication.
  • Handle sensitive, confidential information on a daily basis.
  • Run and formulate reports for executive as required.
  • Prepare all requests, memos, and other assignments.
  • Book travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car, etc.
  • Answer phone lines, take messages, and/or forward calls.
  • Open, distribute, and handle mail.
  • Organize filing system and maintain.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School and college level qualified preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and relevant PC based applications, Microsoft Office a must.
  • Excellent administrative skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Authorisation: This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
