Crisis Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crisis Management Officer to join our team at Frimley Park Hospital. As a key member of our Gynaecology waiting list team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- GCSE English and Maths pass or equivalent
- ECDL or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent practical knowledge
- Experience of working in a hospital or busy office environment
- Customer care experience
- Call centre experience
- NHS experience
