Campion Hall is the Jesuit Hall in the University of Oxford. It is an international community of fellows, graduate students, and staff, who share the motivation to contribute to a new vision of humanity on our shared planet. Its unique character combines the intellectual and educational traditions of Oxford and the Society of Jesus. As one of the smaller colleges and halls in the University of Oxford, Campion Hall offers a supportive learning environment that carefully attends to each student's academic and non-academic development. Its distinguished Fellowship and Institute (Laudato Si' Research Institute) further the research mission of the Hall. It therefore has a wide range of communications requirements both internally and externally.
Campion Hall seeks to appoint a part-time Communications Officer working 24 hours per week over 3-days. The successful candidate will develop and implement the Hall's Communications strategy, ensuring that the Hall communicates well with its members, prospective students, alumni and other stakeholders, as well as raising awareness of Campion Hall through the appropriate channels.
You will be a creative storyteller with communications skills in print, digital, and social media, and the ability to produce effective web content. You will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and an ability to share the Hall's stories to a wide audience. You will be proficient in working with a range of computer based and online applications including website content management systems.
