Circa up to £450.00 per day PAYE

cer Financial are working with a leading corporate bank based in London City, our client has reached out to us to find them a Regulatory Change Manager to join them on 6 Month Contract basis.

The purpose of the job is to manage the implementation of changes in the regulatory reporting area, it includes managing the projects assigned to the individual and ensuring that all regulatory projects have the appropriate governance, transparency and oversight and that the rationale, progress and decision making is robustly documented and evidenced to withstand regulatory scrutiny.

This role sits within IR35 and we are only able to consider candidates who are happy to work on a PAYE basis, we can not consider LTD company contractors on this occasion.

The responsibilities of a Regulatory Change manager will include:

· Lead projects to implement WKFS System used by London, Paris, Brussels, Madrid, and Amsterdam.

· This includes implementing new reporting requirement for statistical and regulatory reporting as well as managing the correction of defects in relations with WKFS and the implementation of upgrades.

· Support other EMEA entities in the implementation of their changes , oversee other local or European regulatory projects, managing the project from initiation to go live, and across systems, from data sourcing to the production of the regulatory returns.

· Contribute to definition and implementation of a robust change framework and a production support model in liaison with IT

· Resolve operational reporting issues by delivering constant process improvements, mainly by automating the production of returns and removing manual adjustments.

The successful candidate of the Regulatory Change Manager will have:

· Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)

· Project Management qualification (PMP / APM / PRINCE 2)

· Product Knowledge gained through working in the banking sector

· Knowledge of WKFS (FRSGlobal) products across multiple countries would be beneficial

· Experience in producing business requirements in liaison with Regulatory reporting teams.

Preparation and analysis or regulatory and statistical reporting

· Act as consultant to the Business for all tasks related to Finance Regulatory Reporting

· Ability to be able to interrogate and analyse data on Oracle based platform and / or MsAccess (SQL)

· Must have technical knowledge to be able to work closely with and manage 4-man development team regarding business requirements against understanding of software.

· Manage testing phases with users in all countries, including software training, user set-up and bespoke development software training.
