You willexperience working in Regulatory Operations at a large Investment Banking firm.
You will be the prime administrator for the Regulatory Scanning system.

This will encompass working with the vendor to manage technical aspects of the System including maintenance of the topic taxonomy mapping to SMEs, on- and off-boarding of users, providing initial training support, configuration support for user dashboards and management information, and liaison with the System Provider for any system upgrades, releases or issues.


  • Liaison with colleagues across various departments regarding wider Regulatory Change oversight.
  • Undertake quality assurance of the impact assessments and wider regulatory change process, to ensure respective Functions are operating in line with the central framework and guidelines.

Training in both technical and soft skills to help you develop relevant skills and knowledge in your role and ongoing formal and informal support and training as you develop.


  • Experience working at a top financial firm early in your career.
  • Social events, as well as community, charity, and voluntary activities with other individuals starting their careers.
  • The potential opportunity to convert to a permanent role with the client.
A strong interest in Investment Banking or Global Markets business.

  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Previous experience in drafting of operating policies and similar supporting documentation.
  • Previous experience of managing and administering Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, ideally in the regulatory horizon / change tracking space.
  • Ongoing training and development support through one-to-one coaching and access to online training services.
