Job Description:

A leading Wealth Management firm with offices across the UK have acquired a number of businesses, this change has created the need for both a Change Data Analyst and a Change Process analyst. The ideal candidates are team players who will be responsible with the implementation of a new bespoke CRM across the board. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

The bespoke system will require prior experience in system implementation, liaising with stakeholders. technical teams, employees and the suppliers in order to increase efficiencies. A full understanding of the market is required and a focused understanding of the investment market is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
  • Maintain a competitive market knowledge
  • Produce regular reporting on projects/initiatives being driven by the CRM management team
  • Manage the change control process with the supplier to record configuration and verification of changes
  • Produce specifications, training materials and other such project documentations as required
  • Become SME of the valuation production process working the supplier to create and deliver all templates
  • Create Audit and operational dashboards to support end users
  • Gather requirements from project stakeholders for operational MI including reporting and dashboards.
  • Ensure Data relating to operational workflows and clients is of high integrity, provide supporting analysis and implement data cleansing initiatives where necessary.

The candidate must be happy to travel to any of the following offices on a hybrid model, 2 days a week;
