Plan and conduct Pump classes tailored to different skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Create a motivating and inclusive environment for all participants. Demonstrate and guide participants through a variety of strength training exercises using weights and resistance equipment. Adjust and assist participants to ensure proper form and safety. Incorporate elements of cardio, strength, and endurance training into classes. Provide modifications and variations to accommodate individual needs and limitations. Maintain a clean and organized studio space before and after each class. Stay current with fitness trends, techniques, and best practices. Promote Everlast Gyms' programs and services to members. Attend occasional team meetings and training sessions as required. Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Opportunities for additional classes and workshops. Minimum of 1 years of teaching experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar setting. In-depth knowledge of strength training techniques and exercise physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a high-energy and motivating atmosphere. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
