Job Description
  • Plan and conduct Pump classes for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Create an uplifting and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
  • Demonstrate and lead strength training exercises using weights and resistance equipment.
  • Assist participants to ensure correct form and safety.
  • Integrate cardio, strength, and endurance training components into classes.
  • Offer modifications to suit individual needs and constraints.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized studio space.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices.
  • Promote Everlast Gyms' programs and services.
  • Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Hold certification as a Group Fitness Instructor or equivalent in Pump or strength training.
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of strength training techniques and exercise physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Create a dynamic and motivating environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and helping individuals reach their fitness objectives.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
