Job Title: Pump Classes Instructor at Everlast Gyms

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals? Everlast Gyms is looking for a Pump Classes Instructor to join their team and lead dynamic and engaging classes for individuals of all skill levels. Check out the details below:

Job Description:
  • Plan and lead Pump classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Create an encouraging and inclusive class environment
  • Demonstrate and assist with strength training exercises using weights and resistance equipment
  • Ensure proper form and safety for all participants
  • Incorporate cardio, strength, and endurance elements into classes
  • Offer modifications to cater to individual needs
  • Maintain a clean studio space before and after classes
  • Stay up-to-date with fitness trends and best practices
  • Promote Everlast Gyms' programs and services
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor with experience in Pump or strength training
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching in a fitness environment
  • Strong knowledge of strength training and exercise physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a high-energy atmosphere
  • Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention
  • Passion for health, wellness, and supporting others' goals
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
