Job Description:We are searching for a motivated individual interested in kickstarting their career within a well-established global organization. You will be part of a team of Quoting Support Specialists responsible for handling quotations in the EMEA region.
Tasks You Will Be Handling at Arrow:
- Tender & Costing Quoting for specific suppliers.
- Managing daily Quote Line Requests and notifications.
- Providing support to CPI internally and externally with suppliers.
- Identifying and recovering 'lost' margin, including requote activities.
- Handling part administration and maintenance with MDM (including attributes and technical parameters).
- Collaborating with finance on rejected S&D claims.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, sales, and end customers.
- Sharing tools and best practices within the team.
- Working closely with Marketing & Asset Team.
What We Require:
- Strong customer focus for both internal and external customers.
- Effective communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in purchasing, quoting, or customer service within the supplier, manufacturing, distribution, or service industry is advantageous.
