Investment Team Co-ordinator

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic officer to join the Housing Asset & Investment team. As Investment Team Co-ordinator, you will provide support to the team, with particular focus on customer communication and liaison.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the team's responses to all enquiries and complaints from customers, elected members, MP/MSPs and other outside agencies within agreed timescales. You will maintain comprehensive records of all responses and provide a range of statistical analysis on the volume and type of enquiries.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of customer communication strategies, publicity and the preparation of information for customers relative to the delivery of capital and revenue investment programmes.
You must have experience working within a housing repairs, maintenance or investment role delivering responsive repairs service and/or capital investment programmes, experience of dealing with the public in the field and in an interview situation and be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
It is essential you are motivated and enthusiastic, flexible and customer focused, able to work on your own initiative, ensuring tight timescales are met. You will also be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and IT skills and it is desirable you have experience of using the Council's IT systems including Workhub, OHMS, Dash and Mail tracking.
