My client is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to support them with the transformation to a "lean manufacturing" production line.

You will be responsible for improving financial performance and play a pivotal role in implementing operational planning processes with a view to improving service levels and reducing excess inventory.

Responsibilities:

Support senior management by analysing data and providing regular reports on financial performance

Develop financial models and forecasts

Monitor production line profitability and measure the impact of price and cost changes whilst identifying cost saving opportunities

Implement strategies to optimise inventory levels and improve service

Identify ways of improving processes and making the manufacturing line more efficient

Support the business with its transition to lean manufacturing by developing process improvement plans and KPI's

About You:

5 years Management Accountant experience

ACCA/ACMA/CIMA qualified or close to completing qualification

Advanced Excel knowledge with experience using Power BI

Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
