Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Executive Director who heads our London office, the main responsibility of the Group Client Accounting Assistant Manager is to oversee and manage the Client Accounting Departments of the group.
This role will involve overseeing operations in our group offices and developing a centralised Group Client Accounting function.Key Responsibilities
ØOversee Landytech implementation of automated accounting & bookkeeping and ongoing continuous optimisation of this system for both bookkeeping and Investment reporting; ØClient Accounting process standardisation and optimisation across all offices; ØReview, update and maintain policies and procedures across the Group; ØOversee regulatory and financial reporting through Alteryx optimisation and utilisation for such reporting; ØCoordinate inter-office Client Accounting capacity management through workload spreading between offices; ØAssist Executive Director on staff management and development across all CA teams in various office jurisdictions; ØAttend external client and intermediary meetings w/ Director & assist in follow-ups and new client onboarding; ØMaintain Salesforce database for new business opportunities for London office; ØAssist Executive Director on ad-hoc projects as required; ØOversee recruitment and development of Junior Group Client Accounting Officer
Key Competences / Skills / Experience / Behaviours Required
ØHave completed or be in the final stages of ACA/ACCA/CIMA;ØWillingness/ability to travel to Group offices (Jersey, Malta, Switzerland)ØAttention to detailØAbility to work independently and in a team
