The whimsical country house hotel offers gregarious rooms, a huge spa and a brand new restaurant that blend refined Georgian elegance with delicious bright colours; imaginative with a dollop of fun. When Kaleidoscope bought the hotel back in July 2021, they promised to re-inject the love and personality that the property so deserved, and we've absolutely done that With newly refurbished suites, a re-launched kitchen garden restaurant and a plethora of pop-up spa and restaurant concepts on their way, Bishopstrow is the perfect place for anybody wanting to be part of an exciting ever changing journey.

Show excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel and spa teams and their managers to maximise the guest experience
As Hotel and Spa Reservations and Reception Team Member what you'll be doing Be our 'go to' person for room, event, dinning, and spa reservations based at our spectacular Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa
Provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel and spa knowledge of all we have to offer so you can help our guests
Working a variety of weekend and week day shifts you will be the personality our guests experience when planning their stay with us
Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues
Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs, preparing bills and taking payments
Sharing your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
Be guided by our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers
