As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. You will ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the agreed specification, while providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior colleagues.

Please note that to be successful in this position, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Picking up requirements and based on the requirements, conducting development in the Org
  • Contributing to Low Level Designs
  • Conducting technical reviews
  • Working on Apex, LWCs, Flows, and other programmatic/declarative development requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience in programming and declarative development, including LWCs, Apex, and Flows
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development practices
  • Salesforce/Service Cloud/Platform Developer 1 certified
  • Experience working on enterprise programs
  • Similar to the other role. Conducting development based on requirements.
