An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant has become available with a leading L500 law firm at its Huddersfield office. The prime role of a senior PA is to provide cost effective to a Senior Solicitor within the team and work of the Private Client department.

Your responsibilities will include:Act as a workflow supervisor for the Senior SolicitorEnsure urgent work is promptly completed or delegated to the appropriate team memberEnsure the Fee Earner is organised and completing tasks in the correct priority order and works hard to make sure fee earner follows this processDelegate all junior level tasks to administrative resource assists the team in providing the fee earner with effective and high-quality secretarial support, enabling them to focus on providing the best legal services to clientsEnsures all their work is undertaken in the correct priority orderDevise a plan to share complex tasks which are time bound are doneProactively engage with and assist the solicitor regarding work requirementsCommunicate with solicitor to keep them appraised of a tasks' statusEngage in mutual delegation of tasks between team members and assist the solicitor to meet deadlines
