Axon Moore is proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly expanding and ever-changing high-end business with national coverage.


They are seeking an experienced, proactive and detail orientated Executive Personal Assistant on a permanent basis to assist the Directors with the strategic and operational initiatives and plans within the business.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing full support to the company Directors, assisting with diary management, operational support including delivering on projects, administration, minute taking and arranging events as well as attending events both on and off site locally.


The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, an empathetic mindset, and an ability to thrive in a test-and-learn, fast-paced every changing and dynamic environment .


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
