Role Overview:
As a Contract Administrator, you will be an essential part of our team, coordinating with contract and project managers, as well as clients, to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Your role will involve strong relationship management and organizational skills, making sure all project information is accurately collated and presented to the contract manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between contract/project managers and clients to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Adapt to different teams and time scales, demonstrating flexibility in your role.
- Work closely with team members, each with different working styles, to gather and manage project information.
- Present all collected information in an organized manner to the contract manager.
- Perform administrative tasks related to contracts and project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a PA or contracts admin role within M&E, FM, or construction sectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and proactivity.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools is an advantage.
