MinsterFB is seeking an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Executive to assist with creating and managing product listings on Amazon. As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for gathering data for new product lines and overseeing their listing process on Amazon. This includes managing the appearance of product listings by uploading images and videos.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and enhance product listings through text and image optimization
  • Address product setup issues and problem-solve when products are not available for sale
  • Conduct AB testing to improve product listings
  • Perform other duties as required

Desired Skills:

  • Inquisitive and willing to ask questions for better understanding
  • Action-oriented with a focus on utilizing available knowledge and tools
  • Direct communication style
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical and analytical abilities

Desired Qualification:

  • Ideally educated to degree level with a background in Mathematics or IT; non-graduates with relevant experience will be considered

Location:

  • Office-based position in Southwell with opportunity for remote work
  • Employees can work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year
  • Offered a 3-month unpaid sabbatical after 4 years of continuous employment

Salary & Other Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £23,400
  • 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
  • Early finish on Fridays
