School Finance Assistant Temporary

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses accurately and efficiently
- Assist with payroll administration and maintain accurate records of staff payments
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and investigate any variances
- Support budget management by providing financial data and reports as needed
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
Requirements:- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures is desirable
