Temporary Finance Assistant / £15 - £17 per hour/ Hybrid

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic finance role with immediate openings? We're seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to bolster our client's operations for a temporary period of 2 months. In this role, you'll handle various finance tasks, including bank reconciliations, contract and transaction reviews, report generation, billings, and more, all within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Review contracts and transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Generate reports to provide insights into financial performance
  • Handle billings and assist with the sales ledger to maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct credit card reconciliations to track expenses and ensure compliance
  • Analyse events and sales ledger data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage the order-to-cash process efficiently
  • Utilise Excel to manipulate and organise financial data and transactions
    We're looking for a temporary Finance Assistant with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to billings. Experience with Peoplesoft is advantageous but not essential. You must be available immediately or with a notice period of 1 week to be considered for this role.

    The temporary Finance Assistant role provides a competitive compensation package, offering approximately £15 to £17 per hour, tailored to experience and qualifications.
