Join us as a Retail People Business Partner (12 month FTC) in our People team to help build trusted partnerships with the Retail and Wholesale senior management team, becoming an extension to these teams and supporting on their medium to long term goals.

This is an amazing opportunity for a HR professional who has experience with supporting the development and alignment of functional people plans that drive Retail and Wholesale performance business units whilst protecting and maintaining the culture and delivering a world class employee experience.

You'll be working across the business with internal stakeholder teams in our retail and wholesale business and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business. This role is genuinely important to our business performance - it will provide development and delivery of pragmatic solutions to help drive the functional business plans in a commercially viable way Our team and remit is rapidly growing with the business, and the opportunities to test and learn, educate and build relationships are endless We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities. The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our London office, near to our regent street Store, with opportunities to travel to Solihull HQ on a regular basis. And heres what we are looking for from you:

Full or Part CIPD qualified Proven operator in Retail or Wholesale environments Previous HR experience, business partnering within a generalist or specialist role Knowledge and awareness of global employment legislation and practices Keep up to date with legislation, external trends and best practice Experience in influencing senior management Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Enjoy working collaboratively to support the People Strategy and deliver on any agreed objectives in a timely manner Able to work autonomously, in a risk-taking, fast paced environment Commercial Awareness and a creative problem solver with the ability to think laterally and understand the cost and value drivers within a competitive business environment CLOSING DATE: Tuesday 2nd July 2024.
