Senior HR Business Partner

London (Hybrid working 1-2 days per week)

£90,000 basic salary plus Bonus & Excellent Benefits

Our client is one of the most recognised UK's providers of services. The business is investing in its' future capability and the opportunity ahead is vast. They are now looking for a senior HRBP, reporting to a senior Head of HR, who can enable further change and transformation and build on the strategy of creating an inclusive place to work. The business has a track record of outstanding customer service and a HR team who work in partnership with the business. This is a dual role providing business partnering to specific business units as well as leading and delivering organisation wide progammes and HR projects.

A great place to work, with an evolving culture, the role of senior HRBP will be a critical enabler to deliver the next three years' business strategy driven by a major change agenda. You will lead the HR Strategy and Operational aspects of the People plan for your client groups, supporting the senior Management teams within the divisions, to develop their people capability. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a commercial Chief People Officer, developing an employee experience that drives the values within a purpose led organization. This is a true Senior HR Business Partner role, with the opportunity to lead and champion HR projects as a broad HR generalist.

This role is a senior generalist HR role accountable for embedding change, whilst ensuring effective employee engagement and high levels of improved employee experience. This is an opportunity to utilise technical HR expertise, commercial insight, new ideas and innovation to deliver a strategically focused people plan. You will design, develop and ultimately be responsible for the delivery of your business units People strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for not only the strategic delivery, but also operational excellence areas in all areas of OD and People Development to enable the ambitious transformation.

To be considered for this highly visible and critical role, you will be a CIPD qualified, Head of People or Senior HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of TUPE and coaching for performance and mentoring within Medium sized businesses. Comfortable challenging conventional thinking with strong analytical skills, and experience of contributing to medium-term strategic planning, this is an opportunity to utilise your experience of growing and developing teams.
