A HR Business Partner to:

Manage the full employee lifecyle alongside a HR Team, including recruitment, complex employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and change management, as well as other areas

Partner with your client group to provide advise and guidance to managers

Work collaboratively to achieve key objectives

Manage HR projects

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Contribute to continuous improvements of the HR function

Interpret complex data and use MI to make informed decisions

Profile

A HR Business Partner with:

Previous experience in a HE or not-for-profit organisation

Previous experience of managing the full employee lifecycle
