I. start-upGreat exposure & flexibilityThe OpportunityIndustry: Established AI Tech CompanyLocation: Buona Vista (60% WFH)Dynamic and positive working environmentAdvocate for growth personally and professionallyThe JobIssue invoices to customers timely based on contractual termsFollow up on long outstanding dues from customers and attend to customer queriesInput supplier invoices into our accounting system (Netsuite) as and when receivedSchedule, process and prepare payments based on Company's payment cycles which include uploading of payments into respective online bank portals and obtaining the necessary approvalsSupport month-end closing by performing bank and credit card reconciliations, passing of manual journal entries, maintaining of balance sheet schedules and other duties as assignedSupport ad-hoc finance duties such as GST reporting and annual financial auditsSupport Finance administration (e.g. filing, courier of documents)Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure payment reconciliations and settlements are done on a timely basisOther duties as and when assignedThe TalentMin Diploma / Degree in accountingCompetent in the suite of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerpointMeticulous, organised, willing to learn, self-starter with a good attitudeKnowledge in Netsuite is an added advantage but not mandatoryRelevant hands-on experience is advantageousNext StepPrepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.
