VH Talent is delighted to be supporting our client, a global manufacturing organisation to appoint a HR Administrator.


The successful candidate will support the HR Team with all administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in the work carried out.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.

The HR Administrator Role:

  • Complete administrative tasks for the entire HR business unit
  • Support with preparation for on-site inductions
  • Ensure RTW checks are completed for new starters
  • Monitor and log absences and overtime
  • Assist with carrying out payroll activities
  • Generate weekly reports for various departments
  • Respond to HR enquiries via email and telephone
  • Maintain filing systems and data input as required
  • Support with other duties as the business requires

You'll Need:

  • Excellent experience in Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to follow policies, procedures and processes
  • Able to work with and maintain high levels of confidentiality, resilience and calmness under pressure
  • Understanding of HR legislation, laws, processes and practices is desirable, however not essential as training will be provided
  • Previous experience of working in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
