  • Lead and supervise the EU/UK Sales Operations team to ensure efficient order processing and accurate input into the ERP system.
  • Understand customer needs to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams and customers to monitor order progress and meet sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers' Supply Chain and EDI teams to streamline order processes.
  • Work closely with Supply Planning and Logistics to facilitate timely order fulfilment.
  • Develop SOPs for sales order management and ensure compliance.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on order status.
  • Resolve sales order issues promptly and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Lead month-end processes for sales operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Commercial acumen and customer service knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in London and occasional travel to Paris. The position offers excellent benefits and perks.
