Council Tax Collection Officers needed in Remote

The rate is flexible depending on experience.

This is a temporary role

The reference number is:

The successful candidate collect Council Tax and deal daily with queries received as a result of recovery action being taken on cases that have fallen into arrears.

They will monitor cases in arrears daily, and where appropriate, initiate escalation of recovery action in accordance with statutory regulations, legislation and case law.

They will be responsible for protecting and maximising income.

They will monitor and control all customer accounts falling into arrears in relation to the recovery of Council Tax and where appropriate, initiate escalation of recovery action.
